Our Staff Members

Attorney Moritz earned his Juris doctrine degree from Thomas Cooley Law School and was admitted into the Michigan State Bar in 1982.  Attorney Moritz received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Alma College.  Attorney Moritz also took classes from University of Maryland, European Campus. 

 He has been practicing Law in Ottawa, Allegan and other West Michigan Counties for the past 38 years. 

Attorney Moritz also served in the United State's Army, 3rd Armored Division.  Attorney Moritz was awarded a Certificate of Achievement.  "The loyalty, initiative and will to succeed that he demonstrated at all times materially contributed to the successful accomplishment of the mission of the Division Support Command thus reflecting great credit credit upon himself, the Division and the US Army"  Commanding Colonel  

 Holly, Paralegal 

Holly graduated with a degree in Paralegal Studies in 1996. Holly has been with the Law Office of John R . Moritz since 2004.
